Perry began his career in 1972, as V.P. of a family construction business, where he helped grow the family business into a nationally recognized remodeling firm. In 1992 Perry moved to Lancaster County, PA where he co-founded a custom home building company, there he served as Director of Construction Services and Construction Manager for 8 1/2 years. In 2001 Perry founded Perry L. Cisney Inc. Custom Builder with the emphasis of delivering custom built homes of exceptional quality and value.
